Ash, you have such an incredible presence and focus during our sessions! I feel seen and really heard every time we enter into our container. You are always able to key in on the language I use and help me paint the big picture of what I’m saying and feeling. Each session I walk away knowing I have practices and tools to help push me further along in my purpose. You speak to me as a friend, coach and sister-in-soul which has helped me lean into my personal power.
