What are Ongoing Support Sessions for?

Ongoing support sessions are an important part of the coaching process. These follow up support sessions provide individuals with continued guidance and accountability to help them achieve their goals or navigate challenges which arise when they implement their new strategies from coaching sessions in the real world.

 

Who can benefit from follow-up ongoing support coaching sessions?

  • Individuals who have completed initial coaching sessions but still require ongoing support

  • Individuals who have achieved their goals but want to maintain their progress

  • Individuals who have experienced setbacks and need continued support to get back on track

 

How much does coaching cost?

Coaching services are priced based on the type of coaching and the length of the engagement. We offer an array of packages that are designed to meet the needs of a broad range of people. Check them out in the services tab.

Are Coaching Sessions Confidential?

Private practice sessions are strictly confidential. I am bound by code of ethics of Dharma Coaching Institute to keep your identity, records & the content of our sessions private. The only time I would break confidentiality is if I was ordered to by law or if you disclosed the intention to harm yourself or someone else or if a child is at risk.

How is coaching different from therapy or counselling?

Coaching is future-oriented and focuses on goal-setting and action planning. It assumes that clients are resourceful and capable of making positive changes. Therapy or counseling, on the other hand, often deals with past traumas, emotional healing, and mental health issues. While there may be overlaps, coaching primarily targets personal and professional growth.

Can coaching be done remotely?

Absolutely! With the advancement of technology, coaching can be conducted effectively through video calls, phone calls, or other virtual platforms. Remote coaching allows for flexibility and convenience, enabling clients to access coaching from anywhere in the world.
