An individual coaching program can focus on a particular challenge or question,or can be used as a more general body/mind/spirit "tune-up".
Soul Journeys are central to each individual session.
Creating a safe, relaxing and inspiring space for you, I will guide you into a deep meditative state to get you past your mental "clutter" so you can embark on an interactive visualisation/exploration of your intuitive self and the wisdom of your soul.
The discoveries from the Soul Journey will then be the leaping point for practical action steps in your life and shaping your future.
Prior to your first visit, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire so that I can be familiar with your needs before we meet.
Once you make a commitment to doing this program, the forces of the universe come together, in some magical way, to aid you in your journey to understand your soul's purpose and to help you create a life that aligns with that purpose. Your life is in your hands — only you can determine the truth of your soul and give your life meaning and balance.
